Fees are charged at an hourly rate with the exception of providing the name(s)
of expert witnesses, which is charged at a one-time, flat rate fee per expert.

Initial consultations are not charged for the first 30 minutes of our meeting or
phone conversation. Over 30 minutes—hourly rates apply. Rates will be broken
down into 15 minute increments.

In consideration of larger projects, fees may be negotiable and will be agreed
upon prior to initiating work. Discounts may apply for high volume projects.
A retainer is required to begin any project; this is to be agreed upon in our
initial consultation.

Research for literature on case issues and/or opposing counsel’s expert
publications will be billed at the usual hourly rate; however, additional fees may
apply in obtaining full articles, along with additional copyright fees when
applicable. No articles or written material will be obtained without prior consent.

Creation of graphs, charts, chronologies, time-lines, Powerpoint presentations,
etc. will be billed at the usual hourly rate and an estimate of time will be
agreed upon prior to beginning a project.

Rush fees apply for any request of less than a 10 day turnaround from the time
the records are received. Hourly rates will double.

Since we are a referral business, we offer a free case review/screening for
every successful referral you send us. So, tell referrals to mention your name,
when they call—to qualify for your free case review.
